RNC picks Cleveland for 2016 convention

Republicans will hold their 2016 presidential nominating convention in Cleveland, the Republican National Committee said Tuesday.

The RNC narrowed their choice down to Cleveland and Dallas last month, according to CNN.

The Democratic National Committee has yet to pick its convention site. The Democrats have narrowed its choices down to Birmingham, Alabama, Cleveland, Columbus, New York City, Philadelphia and Phoenix, according to CNN.
