Panhandle conditions close I-10

Officials in north Florida and the Panhandle are asking non-emergency drivers to stay home. Freezing rain and ice have closed schools and roads, including 200 miles of I-10, from Gadsden County to the Florida-Alabama border. It's been 25 years since a winter storm closed I-10.
