Protecting nesting and hatching sea turtles

Last year there were 72 sea turtle nests at Duval County beaches, but only one in a thousand of the eggs in those nests survive. But as Channel 4's Ashley Mitchem tells us, man-made hazards are threatening sea turtles in Jacksonville Beach.
