Suspect says gas station shooting was in self defense

The man accused of shooting and killing a Jacksonville teenager is expected to be brought back to Jacksonville tomorrow to face charges. 17-year-old Jordan Davis was inside an SUV with three of his friends when he got into an argument with another driver Friday night at a gas station on the Southside. Investigators say 45 year old Michael Dunn fired 8 or 9 shots into the car Davis was riding in. Police say Dunn told them he felt threatened by the teens, before he opened fire.
