JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A man that had been nicknamed the Cheez-It bandit is now wearing an orange jumpsuit after his arrest on burglary charges.

Police said Kristopher Marlowe, 27, was arrested after a tip was phoned into Crime Stoppers.

Police said a burglar paused for a photo while holding a box of Cheez-Its and wearing a Jaguars cap signed by coach Jack Del Rio -- both taken during the burglary of two homes in a Sandalwood neighborhood last week.

Police released that picture hoping someone recognized the man, and they got a call Friday from someone saying a man staying in a room at a Days Inn looked the bandit.

According to police, when officer arrived and showed Marlowe the photo, he said he "pointed to it and said, 'Yeah that?s me.'"

As of Monday afternoon, Marlowe was being held without bond on a charge of armed burglary.
