If you’re considering plastic surgery, make sure you know what to expect before your procedure.

According to the Mayo Clinic, patients should have a clear understanding of what they can expect from the procedure. Patients should have realistic ideas of what the outcome of the procedure will be.

The Mayo Clinic also recommends that patients know the expense of the procedure and if it will be covered by their insurance policy.

Patients should also be aware of any risks involved with the procedure, as well as what kind of a recovery from the procedure they can expect, the Mayo Clinic advises.

The Mayo Clinic also suggests that patients be aware of any psychological changes that may occur after the procedure.
