General Position Description:
The number 1 station in the Jacksonville, Florida, market that produces over 8 hours of news a day, seeks a motivated TV professional to direct live news, special events, webcasts, and sports programming. Since our successful launch of HD automation in February 2009, WJXT has delivered a high quality, consistent news product.


Responsibilities:
The ideal director candidate will thrive during Breaking News and contributes to a positive work environment. Experienced director with Grass Valley Ignite or control room automation preferred.

Qualifications:
Must be able to work flexible hours.
