Mayor's holiday festival for seniors

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Tickets for the Mayor's Holiday Festival for Seniors Citizens are now on sale. Tickets are available for $5 each at the Mary Singleton Senior Center, and at City Hall on a first-come, first-served basis.

The event will is being held on Dec. 3 at the Prime Osborn Convention Center from 2-5 p.m.

This annual event provides an opportunity for Jacksonville seniors 60 years and over to share the spirit of the season while enjoying a traditional holiday dinner, a visit from Mr and Mrs. Claus, live entertainment, door prizes and more.

Volunteers are needed prior to the event for decorating and set up and during the event to assist and serve seniors. To volunteer, call 904-630-7392.
