Great Wall Green Beans recipe

Great Wall Green Beans
2Tbs Canola or Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic – minced (1/4 tsp. garlic powder)
1 Tbs. Fresh Ginger – minced (1/4 -1/2 tsp. powdered ginger)
½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (or more to your liking)
4-5 Assorted Color Mini Sweet Peppers –seeded and sliced (one small red pepper)
¾ lb. Fresh Green Beans, blanched
2 Tbs. Soy Sauce (can use low sodium)
1 Tbs. Toasted Sesame Seeds
Heat oil in sauté pan on medium and add garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. Cook until aromatic, about 1 minute. Add sliced peppers and continue to cook an additional two minutes. Increase heat to medium high and add blanched green beans. Cook for 4 or 5 minutes until hot and then add soy sauce, cooking and stirring until sauce reduces, about 2 minutes. Turn off heat, add toasted sesame seeds and stir.
