A park ranger at Yosemite National Park turned to the internet to share a heartwarming letter from one honest junior ranger.

In the letter, a young girl named Evie admits that she accidentally brought home two sticks from her time as a junior ranger in the park. The two sticks were taped to the bottom of the letter which read, “I know I’m not supposed to take things from the park, so I am sending them back. Please put them in nature,” Evie writes.

Evie’s letter quickly went viral and was a popular post on Reddit and on Yosemite National Park's official Facebook page.
