A Missouri man who was lost in the prison system for more than a decade due to a clerical error was freed Monday.

Cornealious "Mike" Anderson hugged his family after a judge announced his decision.

Anderson was convicted of armed robbery in 1999 when he and his cousin held up a Burger King assistant manager.

He was never told to report to prison -- so, his attorney told him to wait.

Over the next 13 years, Anderson raised three children, owned three construction businesses and coached his son's youth football team.

The judge said it was clear he was "a good and a changed man" and it served no purpose to put him behind bars now.
