The Clara White Mission set up an outdoor dining room to bring community members together to help out families in need.
More than 1,500 plates were served to homeless and low-income families at the event.
Last year the Mission served more than 185,000 meals to the homeless and at-risk individuals.
The Mission also provided people who attended the event with essentials like toothpaste and clothing.
More than 250 members of the mission and volunteers helped make the event happen. Event organizers say community involvement is very important because the event has grown every year.
There were several speakers and lots of music at the event. One of the volunteers danced with a gentlemen who attended the 'Feed The City' drive.
With the help of community members and donations, the mission was able to give free clothing, hair cuts and other essentials to families in need at the event.
