Hail shredded a home in Lawtey during severe thunderstorms Saturday.
The home is located in the 24000 block of County Road 225A.
The homeowner said a funnel came overhead at treetop level, but was not touching down.
The house was raked by golfball-sized hail.
No one was hurt.
Around the corner, a barn was flattened in the storm.
It had eight horses in it, but all were fine.
The cows were curious about the damage and the people looking at it.
Two even did a close-up inspection.
