2 arrested in meth bust; toddler in home at time

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – A man and a woman were arrested Tuesday night on charges of possession and manufacture of methamphetamine, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said they found a meth lab at 24-year-old Regina Dimsdale's home on Gorda Bella Avenue.

Deputies said they went there just before 10 a.m. to check out a report of a strong chemical smell.

Dimsdale and 37-year-old Randall Mashburn were arrested. Both were being held in the St. Johns County jail. Mashburn's bail was set at $96,500. Dimsdale's bail was set at $70,000.

They are also charged with child neglect because Dimsdale's 2-year-old son was inside the 

The Department of Children and Familiies took custody of the boy.
