Later that same evening, just before 10 p.m., police stopped 20-year-old Josiah Brown while he was driving on Southwest Arlington Boulevard with only one headlight.

During the stop, an officer said he could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car. Emanuel Rentz (pictured, above on right), 24, a 16-year-old girl and a 2-year-old with no car seat were also in the car, police said.

Police searched the car and found marijuana in several places, including a compartment, ashtray and diaper bag, which contained 94 grams of marijuana and a digital scale. They said they also found $1,120 cash on Rentz.

Rentz told police the diaper bag was he and that he was trying to make some money to help support his child.

Rentz was arrested on several charges and booked into the Columbia County Detention Center with bail set at $11,000.
