2 sought in Arlington car burglaries

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police in Jacksonville are asking for the public's help in identifying two thieves seen on surveillance video breaking into a car.

Police said that at about 9:30 a.m. Sunday they began investigating a series of car burglaries that occurred on Sunset River Drive in Arlington.

One of the burglary victims captured video from their home surveillance cameras and saw two people entering the victim's vehicle.

Personal electronic devices were stolen from at least six vehicles that were found to have been burglarized.

Anyone with any information about the identity of either thief is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS to remain anonymous and be eligible for a possible reward.
