JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 21-year-old Jacksonville man who was reported missing has been found safe.
Jacksonville police said a vigilant citizen called police saying Anthony Howell was at a Chevron at New Kings Road and Edgewood Avenue in Northwest Jacksonville.

Police responded and did not find him, but officers began searching the area and found him at a nearby McDonald's unharmed.
Howell went missing Saturday after police said he became angry, packed a change of clothes and left his home on in the 3200 block of Hampstead Drive in the Fort Caroline area.
