27-year-old's body pulled from Trout River

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police suspect foul play in the death of a 27-year-old man whose body was found floating in the Trout River on Sunday afternoon.

Jacksonville police pulled the body of Jerome Faulk Jr. from the river about 1:30 p.m. at Dinsmore Boat Ramp in the 6800 block of Dunn Avenue Terrace on the Northside.

Police did not say how Faulk died.

Investigators are asking anyone who saw or had contact with Faulk in recent days to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS to remain anonymous and be eligible for a possible reward.
