KISSIMMEE, Fl. -

A three-alarm fire left a hole in the roof of a Florida hotel on Monday.

The blaze broke out at the Red Roof Inn in Kissimmee. The hotel's manager noticed flames in one of the columns outside the main office.

Eighty rooms in the 89-room hotel were occupied. All guests were evacuated safely.

A hotel employee suffered smoke inhalation while helping firefighters knock on doors to get them out of the building.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
