3 arrested in St. Augustine robbery at gunpoint

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Three men were arrested Monday night after St. Augustine police said they robbed another man at gunpoint.

Police were called to the robbery at the intersection of South Whitney and Madeore streets about 11:40 p.m.

The victim told them the suspects pointed a gun at his head and ordered him to hand over all his belongings, including an iPod, wallet with cash, and phone.

Police said they found the suspects -- identified as Teashun Streeter, 19, Verron Streeter, 20, and Alphonso Stevens, 21 -- in the area of Lena and Rodriquez streets based on the victim's descriptions of them.

Officers said they found the gun used in the robbery, along with all of the victim's property, on the suspects.
