Fire official: Child playing with matches started the fire

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Four people have been displaced after an apartment fire in Lackawanna.

The fire started around 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hollybrook Apartments on King Street near McDuff Avenue South.

Three of the people displaced are children, according to fire officials.

They say the fire was contained to just one apartment.  It is believed that a child playing with matches caused the fire.

No one was injured in the fire.

The American Red Cross is assisting the family.
