The couple's burned bodies were found off South Myrtle Avenue near Harper Street in late August, about two weeks after they were reported missing.

At the time, investigators said it appeared the bodies had been in the woods for nearly a week. An autopsy found both victims were shot to death.

According to the arrest reports of Washington and Presley, Washington admitted to planning, kidnapping and killing the couple.

Police said drugs were a factor in the couple's deaths but did not give any other information.
