PALM COAST, Fla. -

Flagler County deputies arrested five out of seven teens in Palm Coast on Monday in connection with breaking into the Indian Trails Middle School on Saturday.

The teens, who are 15 to 17 years old, were captured on the school's video surveillance over the weekend, forcing open doors to classrooms and a laundry room, deputies said.

They said the suspects vandalized a bathroom before they made off with money, snacks and two basketballs. The five teens that could be located were arrested and charged with felony criminal mischief, burglary and petit theft.

Deputies said two of the 15-year-olds were arrested in connection with the robbery of a pizza delivery driver in March.

Four of the five teens were released to their parents after they were booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility. The fifth was taken to the Division of Youth Services in Daytona Beach.

"Charges have been submitted to the State Attorney's Office for the two remaining youth," said Cpl. Don Apperson of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office School Resource Unit.
