JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police in Jacksonville have found a 69-year-old woman who disappeared Thursday evening.

Police were called to Donna Tofflemire's home in the 10100 block of Belle Rive Boulevard on the Southside about 10:30 p.m.

Tofflemire was last seen about 9:30 p.m. driving a white Toyota Avalon with Florida license plate No. J735WL. She was driving near Interstate 95 and Philips Highway.

Investigators said Tofflemire has gone missing on two previous occasions. In one of the incidents, she was found in her vehicle near the Avenues Mall and was transported to a local hospital for heat exhaustion. And in the other incident, she was located in Ponte Vedra.

She was found safe Friday afternoon in Brevard County and was being reunited with family.
