Seven months after a Lake City store owner was shot and killed during a robbery, police are still looking for the murder suspect.

Ernest Grandison, 43, is being sought in connection with the death of 55-year-old Rajni Patel on April 27.

Patel was killed that afternoon at the A&M Discount Beverage store in the 300 block of Southeast Duval Street.

His spouse, Daxa Patel, was present during the robbery but was not harmed.

Investigators were able to identify both suspects. The first, James Johnson, was arrested May 19 without incident in Jacksonville.

Law enforcement officials have not been able to locate Grandison, who's considered to be armed and dangerous.

An arrest warrant has been issued for his arrest on a charge of first-degree felony murder.

A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for credible information leading to the Grandison's arrest and prosecution.

If you have any information on this case, call the Lake City Police Department at 386-719-2068.
