PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – An 89-year-old Crescent City woman is recovering from serious injuries after the Florida Highway Patrol said she pulled her car in front of another driver at an intersection and crashed in Putnam County.
It happened around 7:45 p.m. Friday on U.S. 17 at Theater Road.

Troopers said a Chrysler Cirrus driven by Wilma Kuhn, 89, was trying to cross the intersection when it pulled into the path of a Ford SUV.
A passenger in the SUV was taken to UF Health Jacksonville and is listed in critical condition.
The driver of the Ford, David Price, was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
