Nine Jacksonville newsrooms faced off in the inaugural Newsroom Street Fight charity dodgeball tournament on Saturday.
The event combined Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy with Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.
The tournament benefited children of the Jacksonville Police Athletic League.
Jacksonville Magazine defeated Jacksonville Business Journal in the finals, winning the Golden Trident.
Print teams did better than broadcast ones. No broadcast team made it beyond the third round of the winner's bracket.
The nine news organizations raised $6,353.75 for the kids of Jacksonville P.A.L.
WOKV, or the "News Breakers, Ball Takers, raised the most money and won the Impact Award.

Two members of the Jacksonville Jaguars also competed. Eben Britton played for WJCT and Rashad Jennings played for WOKV.
The money raised will go towards the P.A.L. Tackle & Cheer program.
