9-year-old autistic boy missing in Live Oak

LIVE OAK, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a statewide alert for a 9-year-old boy last seen early Wednesday morning in his home on Duval Street in Live Oak.

Leo Walker was last seen about 4 a.m. wearing blue shorts, a blue T-shirt and no shoes. He is described as having blond hair, blue eyes and is 4 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 87 pounds.

The Live Oak Police Department said the boy is autistic and has gotten away before, but was found quickly about a block from his home.

Anyone who sees the boy or has any information is asked to call the Live Oak police at 386-330-3501 or the FDLE Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse at 888-FL-MISSING.
