A change in policy is now in place following Friday's parental kidnapping during a supervised visit. Police are still looking for 6-year old Onnika Fisher, who police say was kidnapped by her mother, Charity Chatman. The mother does not have custody of the girl and police have said she has mental health issues. The two were seen leaving Jewish Family and Community Services in a dark green 2000 Buick with Ohio license plate FPA-4958. Now some steps are being taken to prevent something like this from happening.
