Firefighters from St. Johns County Fire Rescue were called to a house garage fire early Friday morning.

Neighbors who live near Tart Road in St. Augustine called emergency crews after hearing lots of explosions around 1:30 a.m.

St. Johns County fire and rescue tell us the garage is destroyed, but the house, which is about 20 feet away was not affected. It took less than 30 minutes to put out the fire. No one was inside the garage nor the home when it happened.

The house did have another fire in the past three days.
Both fires are now under investigation.
