JSO gunfire hits home

Police responded to a Northwest Jacksonville home because a woman said her ex-boyfriend was harassing her. When police arrived, they say her current boyfriend had a gun and wouldn't drop his weapon. After deputies fired three shots, two bullets entered a neighbor's home. Channel 4's crime analyst Ken Jefferson tells what an officer's options are in such a situation.
