Man, 28, arrested in Wells Fargo robbery

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police in Jacksonville have arrested a 28-year-old man they said robbed a Wells Fargo bank in South Metro on Monday afternoon.

Jackie Fleischer is charged in the robbery.

Police were called to the bank in the 3600 block of Philips Highway, just north of Emerson Road, about 3:20 p.m. Monday.

They said the robbery suspect handed a note to the teller demanding money, then fled out the front door with an undetermined amount of cash. He was last seen running through the Sinsations parking lot nearby.

Police said there were no weapons seen and no one was hurt.
