CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -

A 28-year-old Clay County man was sentenced Friday to five years in prison followed by five years of sex offender probation after he pleaded guilty to charges of traveling to meet a minor to do unlawful acts.

Michael Miller also pleaded guilty to use of two-way communication device to facilitate a felony, soliciting a child via computer to engage in sexual conduct, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miller was arrested during "Operation Don't Play in Clay." Undercover officers made contact with him on the Internet.

While talking to the officers, Miller arranged to meet and have sex with a 13-year-old girl in Clay County. When he arrived at the meeting location, investigators were waiting for him.

Deputies also found hydrocodone and marijuana on Miller.
