Man stable after Brentwood shooting

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A man is in stable condition after getting shot in the Brentwood area Sunday night, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

JSO officers responded to Woodbine Street and Springfield Boulevard just before 10 p.m.

When they arrived, officers said they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was taken to Shands Jacksonville Medical Center in stable condition.

Police do not have any suspects, but are still investigating.
