DOCTORS INLET, Fla. -

The Florida Highway Patrol says a driver thought a Clay County school bus was turning off County Road 220 when she pull out in front of it Tuesday morning.

Troopers say 20-year-old Courtney Boyd, of Middleburg, was stopped on Sleepy Hollow Road waiting to turn left onto C.R. 220 and said she though the eastbound bus was going to turn, so she proceeded with her turn.

The bus continued straight, striking Boyd's Toyota Corolla.

Boyd was not hurt, nor were the driver, a second adult or 12 students on the bus.

According to the FHP report, Boyd was charged with violation of right-of-way.
