JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Four tiny miracles made their way into the world Tuesday at Baptist Medical Center downtown.

Marco and Jessica Faletta are now proud parents of four baby girls.

The couple gave birth to quadruplets Tuesday afternoon. The babies were born at just 28-weeks-old, but the parents said they're doing well.

From biggest to smallest: Alexis weighed in at just 2 pounds 5 ounces; Gianna weighs 2 pounds 1 ounces; Isabella weighs 1 pound 10 ounces; and Natalia is the smallest of the crew, weighing in at 1 pound 5 ounces.

Isabella has a ventilator on to help with her breathing, but doctors said they are not worried about her health.
