PALATKA, Fla. -

Police in Palatka are looking for a 22-year-old man they said shot another man who drove by him Monday night.

Police said Lazayeus Bartley shot at a car driving by him at Moseley and St. Johns avenues about 8:40 p.m.

The victim drove to his home on East Oak Hill Drive and called for help. His injuries were not life-threatening and he is expected to make a full recovery, police said.

Police said Bartley was identified as a person of interest in this case. They said he is also a person of interest in an unrelated case involving burglary and theft.
