Police arrested a 60-year-old man on Sunday night on charges of trespassing, disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest after an incident at his neighbor's house.

According to the arrest report, a 15-year-old girl told her father a man was looking in the window of their home on Forest Stump Lane.

The report says the father went outside and found a man, later identified as James Lowery, kneeling against their house and looking in the window. The father stopped the man when he tried to run.

After arriving, police asked Lowery what he was doing. He told officers he didn't know, but that he'd just drank a bottle of wine.

Police say Lowery admitted walking to the neighbor's yard, but declined to explain further.

Lowery is the chief engineer at WJXT.
