Radio Shack robber sought by police

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Police in Jacksonville are looking for a man who robbed a Radio Shack in Northwest Jacksonville on New Year's Day.

Police said the man went into the store on North Edgewood Avenue just before 6 p.m., handed the clerk a note claiming he had a gun, and demanded money.

After receiving the money, he fled on what appears to be a gray or silver bicycle.

Anyone with any information about the man's identity is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
