PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -

Tuesday evening, Congressman Ron DeSantis will hold his first town hall meeting at the Putnam County Agricultural Center in East Palatka.

The meeting is scheduled to take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The event is open to the public and DeSantis will listen to constituents' ideas on how he can best serve the needs of Florida's sixth congressional district.

"Since being sworn in to office, a number of important issues to Putnam County and Florida's sixth congressional district have been addressed, but there is much more work to be done to begin correcting the path of our nation," said Rep. DeSantis. "Because I was elected to serve the people of this great district, I want to hear directly from constituents how we can best tackle the challenges that lie ahead for this Congress."

The Putnam County Agricultural Center is located at 111 Yelvington Road, East Palatka.
