Perfect for Christmas morning, try this quick and easy sausage quiche recipe!
1/2 pound cooked sausage; drained
1/2 cup sweet onion; chopped
1 cup fat free evaporated milk
3/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese; shredded
1 tsp flour
1 frozen pie crust; 9 inch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add evaporated milk and mix well.
In a separate bowl combine cheese and flour .
Stir two mixtures together.
Add sausage and mix well.
Pour into pie crust and bake for 45-60 minutes.
