A school bus carrying 25 students crashed into a power pole in Casselberry on Tuesday morning, dropping live wires over the vehicle, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

No injuries were reported in the crash, which happened around 7:45 a.m. near Red Bug Elementary School, according to Paula Thompson of the Seminole County Fire Department.

"Everyone aboard the bus was able to exit safely via the rear emergency door," Thompson said. The cause of the crash is not known, but troopers said another vehicle was involved in the wreck.

Roads are closed in both directions in the area.

A picture shows the front of the yellow bus smashed into the base of the pole, with wires tilted above the bus.

Power company vehicles are at the crash site, with workers assessing the situation.
