Glynn County police say a 23-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot twice Tuesday night in a city park.

Police were told by witnesses that Tyler Harris had gone to Townsend Park just after 7 p.m. to sell a gun, but the man he went to meet attempted to take the gun from him. During the struggle, Harris was shot twice, but with a different gun.

Police said the shooter fled before police arrived to investigate a report of shots fired. Harris was taken to Southeast Georgia Health System, then transferred to Savannah Memorial, where he remained in critical condition Wednesday morning.

Overnight, police arrested Ladarrius Lawrence, 18, and Lorenzo Lawrence, 20, and a 16-year-old juvenile, all of Brunswick. All three have been charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, armed robbery and aggravated assault.
