Woman hurt in officer-involved crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A Jacksonville Sheriff's Office police cruiser was involved in a crash late Monday afternoon on the Westside.

The crash happened in the 4700 block of Seaboard Avenue just after 4:30 p.m.

Police said the cruiser was southbound on Seaboard when a northbound car turned left, colliding with the officer's car.

The driver of the northbound car was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police said charges are pending.
