VIDEO: It's a story that's left a lot of people shaking their heads in disbelief:  In a 911 call, a dispatcher in Bakersfield, Calif., is heard pleading with a worker at an assisted living facility to perform CPR on a woman who's dying. The worker refuses, citing company policy. The 87 year old woman - Lorraine Bayless - did die while waiting for paramedics. So what if the same thing happened at a retirement home in Jacksonville?
