It an effort to get people to throw trash in garbage bins instead of on the ground, the Florida Department of Transportation is enlisting the help of professional athletes.

The Department created a new anti-litter campaign called "Drive It Home ... Keep Our Paradise Litter Free," which launched Friday.

Taking part in the campaign is Jacksonville Jaguars safety Johnathon Cyprien and Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brian Hartline (above), along with Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Mike James and golfer Kenny Knox (below).  Also appearing in the campaign is NASCAR driver Scott Lagasse, Jr.

The Department is using television, billboards, radio and newspaper ads to get the message of not littering out.
