CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – An Army recruiter has been been arrested in Clay County and charged with sexual battery on a minor.
The victim told school officials, then detectives that she started having sex with Staff Sgt. Reginald Richardson when her family moved to Clay County in March, according to the Sheriff's Office.

According to an arrest report, she first told him no, but he kept after her, and she relented so he would leave her alone.
Richardson works at the recruiting office in Jacksonville. His status is unclear.
