VIDEO: According to the National Endowment for Financial Education, six out of ten Americans don't set a budget for their holiday spending. That means is overspending in December, and really high credit card bills in January. Doris Banks, a credit counselor from Jax Federal Credit Union, talks about how to avoid the holiday shopping hangover.
