Florida Department of Health in Duval County has launched its “Go to the Head of the Class: Back-to-School Immunizations and Physicals,” campaign to assist parents and families with preparing for the upcoming school year.

DOH-Duval encourages all parents and guardians to check the immunization status and school requirements for their children.

As children and families across Duval County prepare to start another school year, it is vital that all students have their required immunizations and current physical examination forms.
