JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Downtown Jacksonville's tallest office building, the Bank of America Tower, is for sale, Channel 4 news partner the Financial News and Daily Record reports.

Jeff Morris and Jubeen Vaghefi of Jones Lang LaSalle are representing Parmenter Realty Partners in marketing the 42-story landmark structure at 50 N. Laura St.

Morris confirmed Tuesday morning that the building is on the market, but declined further comment pending a news release.

Parmenter Realty Partners bought the building in July 1999 for $74.72 million, property records show.
